FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I book game rentals, custom balloon or fringe installs?

Complete our booking form and our team will confirm if the rental/custom order is/will be available for your event date. We will then will send an invoice for your review and payment. Rentals and custom orders aren’t confirmed until full payment has been received.

What method of payment do you accept?

We utilize Square for payments.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

In the event of cancellation, no matter the reason we will not provide a refund. Instead, you will have 30 days to utilize the credited amount towards an upcoming reservation.

What if the rentals get damaged or any item(s) go missing?

In event of damaged/missing rental, you will be charged an additional 80% of total price of the rental.

How will I receive my rental?

We personally will deliver and pick up the rentals. On the delivery date, we will text you 15-30 mins before our arrival and ensure we arrival at the approved/agreed pick-up time which is usually no later than 30 mins after the event ends.

Are late pick-ups available?

Yes, we do accommodate late pick-ups if your date is available. Additional fees apply.
