Do you offer custom balloon designs?

Yes. All balloon installations are custom designed based on your event theme, colors, and space.

How long do balloon installations last?

Indoor balloon walls typically last 3 to 5 days, sometimes longer, depending on temperature and conditions. We use high-quality balloons and professional installation techniques to keep your display looking party-ready and photo-perfect. Outdoor installs are more weather-dependent, but we’ll help you plan for the best possible results.

Can you match brand colors or themes?

Yes. We regularly match specific color palettes for corporate events, nonprofits, and branded celebrations.

Are balloons safe for venues and homes?

Yes. Installations are professionally secured using venue-approved methods to protect walls, floors, and structures.

What should I expect when it comes to pricing?

Each setup is custom, so pricing varies based on design, size, and location. A 4% non-refundable booking fee is applied to every order to reserve your date, and all bookings are non-refundable. Feel free to browse our balloon options for ideas, and if you’re dreaming up something custom, we’re happy to accommodate.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations made 2 to 3 weeks before the event will receive a 100% credit that can be used within one year. If a cancellation occurs during the week of the event or installation, a 50% credit will be issued, also valid for one year.
